After we clean the roof, we apply a nano-hyper-emulsified penetrating Bio-oil rejuvenator that soaks into the shingle and replaces the oils it loses with age, which restores flexibility and water resistance. Then we seal it with a SiO₂ ceramic top-coat that sheds water and slows algae from coming back. Most rejuvenation companies stop after the rejuvenator. We add the seal, and together they add years of life without the cost and upheaval of a full replacement.

A cleaning removes algae and growth so the roof looks better, but it doesn't change how long the roof lasts. Renewal includes that clean, then goes further: the treatment works into the shingle to restore flexibility and water resistance, which is what extends roof life.
